For the High Bars Act in Alegría, a group of acrobats fly, twist and spin on a structure in the air. Once they fly off the structure, the acrobats are caught by other acrobats on a swinging trapeze. Alegría, a hymn to life and youth, evokes a time when fantasy and magic were integral parts of everyday life. Alegría toured in 250 cities around the world, reaching 14 million spectators. Even after its last bow in 2013, Alegría continues to mesmerize people around the world! This is the second observation of General Formation for the Aerial High Bar act. Choreography is similar to Mystere. All the flyers are doing one of the easier moves called a short bano, flying from the lower high bar to the catcher.
